Role : Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst Location : New York, NY( Prefers hybrid but can also be Remote) Interview Mode : VIDEO Job Description: Must Have: CFTC (P43 and P45) - main focus on client OTC Deliverables UAT-Agile The program will analyze the updated requirements to build new business requirements to go into the Operations Requirement Documentation (ORD) for implementation of the new regulatory requirements. Investigate the existing design documents (data dictionary, systems overview, and application process list) and organize the solution required to comply with these new reporting requirements. Responsibilities : Establish change governance / project to cover the regulatory reporting obligations such as EMIR Refit, CFTC Part 43, 45, SEC, MiFIDII etc., Business Analysis covering the in-scope regulatory reporting obligations Mapping new products for the in-scope reporting obligations Mapping of product identifiers such as UPI, USI, UTI for the in-scope reporting obligations Front to back reconciliation of reportable fields between internal systems and trade repositories Delegated reporting client support for the in-scope delegated reporting scenarios Support with testing of reporting obligations for the in-scope products / regulations Mapping UPI to new requirements and new platform Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in creating business data mapping requirements for tech implementation of mapping Preferred 1+ years of experience in working with IT groups to clarify and implement business requirements In creating test scripts for implementation of new reporting requirements In performing UAT based on test scripts created 1+ years of experience in understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for CFTC P43 and P45 and DTCC requirements Preferred: Preferred 1+ years of experience of experience in MUREX or other Swaps trading platform Preferred 1+ years of experience in building mapping requirements for capital markets products Solid experience in trouble shooting issues related to data mapping deficiencies per requirements Solid experience in documenting testing fails and escalating issues Able to perform under demanding environments Solid experience managing MS Excel documents and able to create pivots, reports, and dashboards Excellent ability to track deliverables and stay on schedule with little supervision Excellent ability to escalate issues and track to resolution Thanks & Regards Deepak Singh Sr. Technical Recruiter Email : [email protected] Web : www.avanciers.com Disclaimer : This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
