Role: Salesforce BA Consultant Location: Mclean, VA Day one onsite Duration: Long Term Contract Onsite Hybrid Mclean, VA (Tue, Wed, Thur Hybrid ) We have a max rate of $52/hr on C2C from the client. Exp:7+ Good-to-Have with Strong experience in Salesforce-related requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and creating stories/acceptance criteria. Work with product owners and business partners to understand the current state and changes needed Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with partners and document user stories with clear acceptance criteria Work with other interface teams including the data, architecture, and support teams, and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the system Ability to work with and collaborate within the core team as well as with partner teams Strong communication skills and curiosity mindset Ability to use data to help advise strategy and direction Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility Data mining skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical abilities Experience in business, system, and data analysis is required Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
