JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Ivalua Technical Analyst LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE WORK VISA: USC and GC ONLY Client: KPMG Responsibilities: Support execution of the end to end implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Ivalua solution Integration of the client applications with Ivalua. Testing the integrations and working on the solutions if any error occurs on the application. Configure and build the various module as per the design which includes System Configuration, Resolution of incidents, defects, Enhancements and requests, System Upgrades. Engaging in support maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Collaboration with QA team by providing the test plan for the bugs/defect fixes in the existing components. Drive the design of data integration by interacting with the customer's technical resources, providing guidance on best practices, and lead and coordinate the effort on the technical design document. Ensure technical standards and architectural best practices are maintained and optimize system integration performance. Write SQL queries to design screen alerts, trigger user notifications, create workflows and user reports. Configure application based on client requirements: user interface, workflows, alerts, SQL queries, reports, integration, and interface requirements. Guide the software system testing strategy to guarantee the quality of deliveries and set priorities for integration workstreams and take corrective action whenever needed to guarantee that scheduling, scope, and cost restraints are met. Assist clients during cutover process, Go-live, and hypercare, resolving critical issues and ensuring a smooth transition. Design interfaces and integrations as per the clients requirements Develop all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Monitor application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design. Develop business and technical design document related to the design and configuration of the application. Work on applications developed through the entire Software Development Lifecycle Process. Provide system, integration and unit testing for applications configured and developed. A. Requested Experience: Ivalua certification Experience delivering an Ivalua implementation or similar procurement system (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal or objective. Resource must have strong to advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
