Position: Microsoft Power Platform Developer, No H1B

Location: Hybrid in Juno Beach, FL

Duration: 12+ Month

Must-have skills: 
Microsoft Power Platform Developer; Microsoft Power Platform Components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI; Microsoft Ecosystem: Microsoft 365, SharePoint; Programming Languages and Scripts: JavaScript, Power Automate expressions, Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer, Power Automate Developer, Power BI Developer.

Requirements:

Availability to work part of the time on the Clients site in Juno Beach, FL (required);

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps and Power Automate (2+ years);

Experience with Power Platform connectors and data sources;

Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint;

Experience with Power Query for data transformation;

Experience with security and compliance considerations within Power Platform;

Experience writing code and scripts (e.g., JavaScript, Power Automate expressions);

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer, Power Automate Developer, Power BI Developer) preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to gather and understand their requirements for custom applications and automation workflows;

Create detailed solution designs that leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to meet business needs efficiently and effectively;

Create automated workflows and forms using Power Automate providing a great User Experience even for the most casual user;

Integrate data from various sources within SharePoint into Power Platform solutions;

Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, identify and resolve issues, and optimize performance;

Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power Platform solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and configurations;

Provide training documentation and co-build with our team so we can effectively support the workflows and forms in the future;

Collaborate with other IT teams, such as SharePoint administrators, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of Power Platform solutions
