The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and IT operations to help automate and imize our event correlation and incident response systems. What Our AIOps Team Does: We integrate data from various monitoring platforms to achieve a comprehensive view of our IT environment. We harness the power of AI and ML to detect anomalies instantly, pinpoint root causes, and anticipate potential issues. Our team sets up patterns and rules for automated solutions, streamlining our IT response mechanisms. Utilizing AIOps tools, we collate and filter alerts, ensuring we focus on essential issues and reduce redundant noise. We utilize MongoDB to store and analyze data, forming the basis for intricate pattern detection and correlation studies. Our workflow bridges the gap from event identification to incident management, refining our operational processes. We enhance alert data across varied tech stacks, offering clarity and detailed situational context. Our team is always on the lookout for the latest in AIOps trends and technologies, guaranteeing our strategies remain state-of-the-art. We foster a collaborative setting where IT Ops, SRE/DevOps, and Data Scientists unite, promoting innovation and collective growth. Key Responsibilities: Ingest raw data from a myriad of monitoring sources into AIOps Tool. Normalize this data for consistent analytics and processing. Apply AI/ML models for real-time event detection, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics. Utilize AIOps tools to imize alert correlation leveraging time, topology, and enriched context. Integrate with systems like ITSM Change and ITSM CMDB for contextual enrichment of alerts. Add key information to alerts like location, department, business criticality, and service relationships. Modify behavior within AIOps for better clustering. Assist operators with diagnostic updates to alerts or situations and provide informational updates for situational awareness. Implement and utilize entropy-based systems to prioritize events, ensuring high-impact issues receive immediate attention while filtering out non-essential noise. Work closely with IT Ops and SRE/DevOps teams to provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven decisions for improving the end-to-end customer experience. Simplify complex data insights for stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations. Design real-time, interactive data dashboards for enhanced visualization. Collaborate with tech teams to imize data feeds, ensuring scalable and tested datasets. Proficient in regression, classification, and clustering algorithms to enhance event categorization, understand system behaviors, and reduce alert redundancies. Mastery in anomaly detection and time series analysis for proactive identification of unusual data patterns and incident forecasting. Experience with Natural Language Processing for log/alert analysis and deep learning techniques for intricate data processing and automated remediation.
