Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with partners and document user-stories with clear acceptance criteria. Work with other interface teams including the data, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the system. Ability to work with and collaborate within the core team as well as with partner teams. Strong communication skills and curiosity mind set. Ability to use data to help advise strategy and direction. Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility. Data mining skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical abilities. Experience in business, system, data analysis is required. Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred.
