Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: Job Title; Project Manager Visa: Gc /Usc/ GCEad Duration; 18 months Location: Los Angeles, CA, Hybrid Key Responsibilities Participate in the full lifecycle of a time and attendance product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, train, and user adoption. Serve as technical and functional expert for Payroll through a deep understanding of entertainment collective bargaining agreements (e.g., IATSE, IBEW), wage & hour law, including overtime regulations and tax regulations to ensure the correct setup of time and attendance earning codes. Serve as the Payroll functional bridge amongst external vendors and internal stakeholders. Employ expertise, credibility, and effective collaboration to help identify, evaluate, and resolve complex and sensitive issues, problems, and service needs. Working with HR / IT/ Payroll, develop and support the implementation of new policies, procedures and/or processes related to workforce management and payroll, end user experience and Payroll help desk. Coordinate Payroll user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are satisfied and proper UAT documentation is produced (based on use cases and test requirements). Help ensure proper training, transition, and cutover plans are developed and executed to ensure proper user adoption and to minimize business disruption. Coordinate change management and implementation effectively between stakeholders in operations / HR/ IT and Payroll. Provide the Payroll team with information, instruction, feedback, and encouragement to maximize their success and enhance employee adoption. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Competencies Five plus years of experience with implementations of a cloud-based time and attendance system in a multi-location, multi-state, unionized media/entertainment company. Five plus years of project management experience. Five plus years of Workday payroll experience. Deep understanding of entertainment collective bargaining agreements (e.g., IATSE, IBEW), particularly pay rules and time-off accruals. CPP Certification preferred. Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations, including FLSA and California regular rate requirements. Experienced in leading change management activities. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical topics to individuals and groups with potentially varied levels of technical sophistication. Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivots) Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, strong analytical and communication skills Thanks and Regards.
