In addition to reviewing configuration changes for proposals for compliance with established standards. Performs system analysis, designs, constructs, and tests infrastructure. Skills Required Major Responsibilities: Management, maintenance, analysis, and implementation of the enterprise-wide Linux and Windows environments. Maintain systems availability, reliability, and performance of the ADEQ Linux environment. Provide support for all Linux environments, including creating system scripts when needed and resolving systems issues escalated from the service desk. Monitoring security. Backup and recovery, server updates, and new builds in the Linux server environment. Work/team with the Oracle DBAs to provide the OS-level support they require. Administer Puppet Enterprise Environment Assist with administering Datadog Enterprise Environment Assist with administering the Commvault Enterprise Backup Environment Experience Required Minimum seven years of demonstrated experience in Linux, Windows AD, and VMware administration and system engineering. Knowledge and experience in Windows/Linux Servers. Thorough working knowledge of various infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications. Expert-level troubleshooting skills within Linux and Windows environments. Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation. Ability to perform advanced system designs and architectures. Ability to manage a demanding dynamic work environment and changing requirements Strong customer service and excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written.
