Title: Sr. Product Owner (Digital Invoice)

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Exp.: 10+ years

As the Product Owner/Analyst supporting the UPS Invoice, you will be Product Owner supporting the engagement of the UPS Digital Invoice.  You will have responsibility for managing the overall product and defining Objectives and Key Results, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and product enhancements.

Experience with pricing, incentives, campaigns, billing, revenue management and sales a plus.

You will work closely with departments across UPS including Marketing, IT, Revenue Management, Pricing, Sales, and Customer Support.  You will support the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product.

Objectives of the Role:

Supports Product Strategy & Vision and works with stakeholders to prioritize. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.

Stakeholder Engagement supports key business partner / stakeholder relationships and delivers value to business partner. Consistently communicates with business partners to reach desired goals in a timely manner, showing flexibility when needed.

Responsible for process improvements and continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster.

Emerging Technology Trends and Practices - Demonstrates knowledge of internal/external emerging technology trends and best practices.

Technical Communication/Presentation - Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting data & information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.

Agile Engineering Best Practices - Supports Agile engineering best practices as appropriate throughout the software development lifecycle.

Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments (PI).

Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in product design, marketing, business, technology, or related field

Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

Experience with pricing, incentives, campaigns, billing, and revenue management

Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting.

Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams.

Ability to inspire a team as if a small business owner.

Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels

SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA)

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
