Position Description: AsanITProject/ProgramManager,youwillworkwiththeApplicationProgramManagementTeamofDigitalandmanageprojectteamstobuildsoftwaresolutionsthatintegratecommonservicesacrossourapplicationportfolioandotherenterprisesystemsusedbyclientscustomersanddealers. TheintegrationofapplicationswithvariousDigitalPlatformcapabilitiesthatarebuiltonthelatesttechnologiesbyadoptingindustrysbestarchitecturepatterns,securitybestpracticesetc.arecriticalforapplicationssuccessanditsadoption. TypicalDayintheRole TheITProject/ProgramManagerisaccountableforensuringsuccessfulcompletionofprojects,on-time,withinbudget,anderror-free. TheprincipalresponsibilityoftheITProject/ProgramManageristomanagetheplanningandexecutionofprojectteammembers. Managechangeandtakeactiveleadershipintimelydecisionmaking. Manageschedulesthatreflectdetailedinformationrelatedtothechanges,includingeffectedcomponentsandfunctions,timelinesforvariousstagesofprojectcompletion,cost,etc. Willworkwiththeindividualteammembersfrommultiplefunctionaldisciplinesandcustomerstoestablishcompletiondates. Monitorprogressofprojects,discussesproblemswithaffectedareas,assuresappropriatepersonnelareinformedofproblemandstepsareinplacetomeetschedules. Dependingonnatureofproblems,expectedtorecommendpossiblesolutionsandalternatives. Interactionwithteam: Workingwithproductowners(bothengineeringandtechnical)foreachproject. Managingmultipleteams,workingwithmultifunctionalteammembersacrossthebusinessandengineering. Workingon2-3projectsatagiventime.
