Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: Title : ServiceNow Developer Location : Bronx, NY(hybrid maybe remote for right person)(need Near by candidate) Duration: 6+ months Visa : USC and GC Preferred MOI: Skype The person the client is interviewing has numerous relevant certs, and has over 10 years of experience with ServiceNow and is a lead with full SDLC experience guiding requirements gathering, making recommendations, architecting, designing, deploying and configuring. They need to be hands-on developers as well. Design and implement the CMDB data model based upon the most current ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL best practices. Ensuring the CMDB is fully functional in supporting any processes that rely on it (e.g. core ITSMChange, Incident, Problem, Request; third party integrations leveraging CMDB data). Create and document the processes and procedures used to govern and maintain the CMDB. Must have experience architecting and deploying CMDB. Required 4+ years of experience implementing all modules of ServiceNow, preferably in a consultative or lead role in the higher education environment. Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Integration Hub Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, implementation and application build-out best practices Experience with ServiceNow business development and project delivery Experience with ITSM best practices Experience in working with UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports Hands-on expertise using the following tools and applications: JavaScript Glide Script/APIs AJAX (Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.) Flow Designer UI Macros UI Actions Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, and team members ServiceNow certifications preferred Nice to have: Experience integrating API services with scripts/code to create customer facing solutions.
