Role: Oracle HCM Data migration lead Duration: 12+ Months Need Profile : 10+ Years ( Please Dont Share profile below 9+ years) Visa : H1B / GC / USC only Job Description... 10 years must Must Have Skills: Minimum 8 years experience in SAP data migration which includes 3 years in SAP S/4 HANA. Minimum 3 years experience in leading the team. Proven experience leading large scale data migration, particularly in the areas of SAP FICO , SAP SD , SAP MM , SAP PP . Has participated in at least one large information transformation engagement. Able to work closely with the technical teams and understand programming. Ability to present and gain sponsorship of appropriate area within the implementation team . Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and the technical Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies Excellent communication skills and should be able to collaborate and present to the management team Experience in SAP S/4 HANA greenfield implementation or conversion project .
