My client has a meeting with a potential client and needs a lead to help with pre-sales and scoping. Will pay hourly for the pre-sales and scoping but they can only give 48hour notice. Important: LINKEDIN PROFILE with PICTURE Visa copy DL Must have: Proven track record in the administration, engineering, and operationalization of the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform. Experience working with AWS, Terraform, Python, and database replication tools/services (e.g., AWS DMS). Familiarity with Snowflake Snowpipes, Secure Data Sharing, dynamic data masking, and related features. Ability to leverage new technologies to test, build, and optimize data pipelines, transformations, architectures, and data sets. Strong experience with SQL and knowledge of various data engines (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Amazon Aurora, Redshift) is advantageous. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams. Preferred experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and data logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog). Key Responsibilities: Offer pre-sales support to assist with scoping and architectural considerations, ensuring the confidentiality of client information. Provide proactive administration of Snowflake, leveraging your technical knowledge across all facets of the Snowflake platform. Design, develop, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot complex data warehouse databases within the Snowflake environment. Utilize Snowflake SQL for data modeling, implement stored procedures, and adhere to Data Warehouse (DWH) and ETL standards. Apply knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud platforms. Automate and manage provisioning requirements, including Snowflake storage, compute resources, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, and permissions. Configure and oversee monitoring and alerting systems for replication latency, cluster and query performance, and Airflow integration.
