Job Description: Program Manager experienced in handling SAP projects and technically strong . As a Program Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. You will lead the project(s) from beginning to end, from initial proposal through completion, to provide our clients with innovative high quality solutions focused on their business needs. You will build and manage the project team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation. Day to Day job Duties: Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for onshore clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear communication between the client and the project team. Project Experience: Onshore Delivery Lead should have experience in managing SAP based projects. Domain Experience: A deep understanding in the processes, regulations and unique challenges related to Master Data Governance (MDG) preferably in Agriculture and Agribusiness or Manufacturing and supply chain. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams, to align project goals and expectations. Project Leadership: Leading and managing from onshore to ensure successful project delivery. Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Manager for success of overall engagement and delivery Project Planning: Developing project plans, setting milestones, and defining project scope and timelines. Team Management: Overseeing and coordinating the activities, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their tasks effectively. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that the project stays on track. Quality Assurance: Monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations. Status Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality. Conflict Resolution: Addressing conflicts and issues within the project team or with clients in a constructive manner. Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and relevant project records. Basic Qualifications: At least 10 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs. At least 10 years of SAP engagement and project management experience. Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles. Hands on experience of SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Manager for success of overall engagement and delivery Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
