Strong experience in support , implementation, Upgrades Strong experience on process cycles O2C, others SCM Modules Planning , scheduling , BOM, WIP Domain experience is a big plus advantage. Ability to formulate solutions based on business pain points and needs. Sound knowledge in preparing test scenarios and demonstrate the same with business. Adequate Technical ability (Sql queries) to debug issues on own is a plus. Good interpersonal skills Ready to handle all activities independently.
