Role: Azure Data Engineer Location: Cary, NC HYBRID Duration: Long Term Contract For now, it is 3 days office and 2 days WFH. We have a max rate of $47/hr on C2C from the client. Job Description (JD): We are looking for a skilled data engineer with 4-7 years of experience in the following technologies: SSIS, SQL, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) Candidate should have a background in data integration, ETL Process, and data transformation. Experience with data process Orchestration, end-to-end design, and building processes of Near-Real Time and Batch Data Pipelines Working experience with Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics Strong client-facing communication skills Experience with agile methodologies Hands on Experience in using Azure DevOps High-level Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain the ETL process using SSIS. Create complex SQL queries. Work with Azure data factory to automate new data flow and convert existing workflows into pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data. Optimize and tun ETL and SQL process. Good to have experience in Synapse Analytics, SSRS, Power BI, and other Azure technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
