Job Description: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for an organization; writes code that enables automation and supports the automation solutions alignment with the organization's business objectives; covers the following responsibilities: Develops automation solutions using Blue Prism Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize automation projects Analyzes and interprets large datasets to develop automation solutions Optimizes automation solutions for scalability, performance, and accuracy Identifies and resolves issues and defects in automation solutions Automation of Revenue Cycle Management processes is a plus Maintaining and upgrading existing automations to ensure they continue to function properly and meet changing business needs. The Automation Developer has strong technical skills, is detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. They have experience with programming languages, automation tools, and cloud computing platforms, with knowledge of statistics, data science, and machine learning techniques beneficial.
