L2 Security Engineer will develop an understanding of the specifics of the Customers security architecture and will be solving complex incidents or changes. L2 Security Engineers will work on change management or incident management. In this position the L2 Engineer will be supporting the SOC Customers security products and services. Skills Required (4 -7 Years of experience in Network Security) Skill Required - Firewall & IDS/IPS Primary Skill - Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls, Fortimanager, Fortianalyzer. Secondary Skill - Palo Alto & Cisco ASA Firewalls / FTD / FMC, Splunk SIEM & infra monitoring tool. Certification from Major Vendors like Palo Alto, Fortinet or Cisco are preferred. Thorough understanding on network technologies - basic level routing, switching. Hands on experience with Next Gen Firewalls & Threat protection features. Strong knowledge in NATTING,DOS, SSL/TLS. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Routing & Switching concepts and troubleshooting experience. Knowledge on ITIL process 2- Position: Sr. Network Security Lead L4 - 13 -18 Years of experience in Network Security Locations: Cary, NC Day 1 ONSITE Rate : $65/hr 5 Roles to fill Pls check with the candidate if they have exp. on this Include this info along with your submissions Resumes shared without this info will not be considered immediately - 1. Design (Architect) and/or Implementation (Engineering) in Network Security 2. Have managed a team of security engineers 3. Directly interfaced with the customer L4- Network Security The L4 would be leading the implementation, design & Level 4 support for steady state team. Candidate should have in depth experience in handling complex Network Security design & implementation. Candidate should be strong in understanding SLA, KPI, PI, Reporting requirements. Design, Implement & manage solution to meet the contract requirements. Skills Required (13 -18 Years of experience in Network Security) Skill Required- Network Security, Service Management. Primary Skill - Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy, VPN, URL filtering Secondary Skill - Proxy & Webgateway , Routing, Switching & Remote Access. Desired Certification CISSP, CISM. Thorough understanding on Network Security technologies and strong knowledge in TCP/IP routing & switching. Strong Leadership skills. Excellent documentation skill (Architecture diagram, flow creation) Proactive in engaging with customers and other internal teams. Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.
