Skills (ADVANCED/EXPERT): Microsoft Dynamics SSIS / Kingsway Soft Description: Provide support services for the client Dynamics Production environment: o Monitor and pick up support tickets that come in during daytime working hours o offshore development management: this person will kind of support the offshore development teams working on Dynamics, Kingsway date integration, etc. to manage their deliverables. Manage offshore code, do code deployments, etc. Deliverables: Reviewing and assisting with Bug issues. Any other story that is created and assigned to me (typically security, view, configuration, workflow, flow related). Documentation. Creating and assigning sub-tasks to offshore resources. Answering any questions offshore resources may have regarding feature they are documenting. Working on options for documenting the Plug-ins for offshore to access the code Acceptance: This tech uses SSIS packages so that experience would be a big help here, not sure its a must but definitely a strong plus along Same with SQL: Candidate dont do much SQL Dev, but a little and it helps in their day-to-day that they understand it because they deal with a lot of offshore developers code.
