Qualifications Experienced Business Process Engineer (BPE) 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, including the development of custom solutions, business process flow development and process tuning Experience in defining and deploying future-state ITSM business processes Strong documentation and technical writing experience Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with a diverse team Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to create high level and detailed process documentation including Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0) and Suppliers, Inputs, Processes, Outputs, Customers, and Requirements (SIPOC) diagrams, among others Proficiency with standard process models and visual modeling tools (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, Visio, Tableau) to develop customer processes, visualizations, use cases, and user stories Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve results Bachelor's degree required; an additional 2+ years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree Responsibilities As a BPE, you will support emerging technology adoption, government enterprise IT modernization efforts, and delivery of innovative technical solutions and recommendations to create mission impact As a BPE, you will apply knowledge and experience in ITSM business operations and process capture, business process re-engineering, automation, and the development of customer strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps Develop and evaluate customer business practices to recommend an optimal approach to support the delivery of new business processes and process improvements Be a key member of an overall customer engagement team focused on delivering successful customer outcomes Lead and collaborate with customers in their efforts to take advantage of ITSM solutions to automate and improve their business processes Lead customer workshops and individual customer interviews to understand current business practices, assess current operations, document current-state processes, and design new future-state business processes Support the delivery of process improvements and automation initiatives for the customer Manage and communicate ITSM process and business requirements to the delivery team to ensure proposed ITSM solutions and business process automations meet customer expectations Assess best practices, trends, and process implementation strategies to optimize solutions for customer projects and sponsoring organizations Vivek pandey Technical Recruiter Email: [email protected] | TEK Inspirations LLC : 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 Disclaimer: If you are not interested in receiving our e-mails then please reply with a "REMOVE" in the subject line to [email protected].
