Builds and maintains strong end user relationships as single-point-of-contact for all SAP S4 Service (previously S4 Customer Service) related matters. Multiple End-end Implementation experience in S/4 HANA Service. Should have integration experience between SAP S4 Service and third-party customer service systems eg. Sales Force/Service Max etc. and between S4 Service and other SAP functional modules eg.
