Log analysis to be performed through Putty and Kibana. Work on BMC remedy (IT Service Management tool) for tickets handling. Work closely with test, development and requirements team members to analyze, investigate and resolve common issues. Work with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service. Promptly respond on the user issues and take ownership on the same. Incident Handling Need to drive the outage calls for any incidents that happens for CSP. Notify the clients on any incidents/major issues WRT to application. Need to send ad hoc reports to clients and few users depending on the need Should be able to coordinate with other teams downstream/upstream for any notification issues. The business flow should be identified and take action accordingly. Maintain the list of current issues/defects that of the application. Should actively check on the mails/alerts after hours and weekend support.
