DevOps and QE Metrix: Define and Standardize the Quality metrics, Awareness & Adoption Automate metrics, Self-serv Executive BI powered Dashboard for actionable insights. 2. Automation tools/framework: Development Automation framework, enhancements Tools rationalization/modernizations AI/ML/RPA pilot, Virtualization System/data flow documentation. Partnering AD jobs, Automation Self Servicing capabilities 3. QE Process standards & Best Practices: QE Hub spot/SP, E2E Product Centric Test Strategy, NFR definition and Standardization, Continuous Incremental Integrated Automation test flows, Coach scrum teams, Implement shift left approach and implement BDD, provide technical support to the teams. 4. Platform Regression: Manage/Run horizontal platform regression, Optimization, Defect fix and reporting.
