Key Responsibilities: Zscaler Implementation: Deploy, configure, and maintain Zscaler cloud security solutions to protect our network, applications, and data. Policy Management: Develop and manage security policies, rules, and configurations within the Zscaler platform to enforce consistent security standards. Network Optimization: Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance to ensure efficient and effective traffic routing, minimizing latency and improving user experience. Incident Response: Proactively monitor Zscaler alerts and logs to identify security threats and respond to incidents promptly by implementing necessary countermeasures. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with Zscaler-related inquiries. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Zscaler configurations, policies, and incident responses for future reference and compliance purposes. Compliance and Reporting: Generate regular reports on Zscaler performance, security incidents, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and compliance, to align Zscaler configurations with organizational goals and security policies. Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging Zscaler features, industry trends, and best practices to enhance our cybersecurity posture continually. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Zscaler cloud security solutions. Zscaler certifications, such as Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA) or Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), is a plus. Strong understanding of network security principles and technologies, including firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and web security. Experience with other cybersecurity tools and technologies is a bonus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
