Desirable Skills/ Experience Knowledge, experience with City of New York and 9-1-1 systems Responsibilities Manage and oversee the execution and delivery of all aspects of the telephony components of the NG9-1-1 system. Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices for telephony systems are being met throughout the implementation of the NG9-1-1 system. Validate telephony configurations during the NG9-1-1 system implementation. Provide test cases for SAT and SIT; continue to identify risks associated with telephony integrations with the NG9-1-1 system. Validate test results for telephony components of the NG9-1-1 system during SAT and SIT, review applicable architectural flows, and compare with raw test results to ensure the system behaves as expected Manage and oversee the execution and delivery of all aspects of the telephony components of the NG 911 system.
