Responsibilities: 1) Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies; 2) Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, including Risk Identification and Management; 3) Directs and monitors work efforts daily, including Logistics Management; 4) Identifies resource needs; 5) Performs quality reviews; 6) Provides administrative support; 7) Escalates functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately; 8) Tracks key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources; 9) Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed 10) Coordinates status reports and stability of project area work efforts.
