Role: Test Specialist Location: Boston, MA(Onsite) Only Locals Duration: Long term Rate: $48/hr Test Specialist Functional / UAT tester with Banking experience. Required Skills / Qualification: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in user acceptance testing in the banking sector. Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies - ALM, JIRA, Agil Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting with business. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines, including the ability to work night shifts and weekends to meet production deployment schedules.
