This role will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 5 software developers in principles such as Azure Infrastructure as Code (BICEP), Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipeline management, and event driven applications with queuing technologies. This role will work closely with a lead Architect, Product Owner, Business Analysts, QA team, and the Global Dev team (India and Holland) to understand the business priorities, how they affect the technical implementation, and ultimately improve team delivery of a functional product in a timely manner. JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of software development and application support experience 3+ years of development and technical leadership Strong understanding of OOO, SOA concepts and SOLID Design Principals Expertise around secure web development (Web Applications, Web API, Web Services) Expertise with Azure DevOps Git and GitHub repositories Expertise with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines 4-year minimum programming knowledge/skill in the following technology, but not limited to, is required .NET Core ASP.NET Core C#, JavaScript RESTful web services SQL/TSQL MS SQL Server or MySQL JSON, XML, YAML Familiarity of Azure and Azure Infrastructure as Code (Bicep) Familiarity with event driven applications and queuing technologies Experience in automotive and embedded engineering is a plus Testing experience including test automations, test-driven development is a plus Highly detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and written and verbal communication skills Able to prioritize and track multiple initiatives concurrently Experience in Agile Scrum framework and DevOps Onsite and Remote work required Offshore Team coordination.
