The program goals are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support sustainability commitments by developing and deploying a standard landfill surface methane emissions data collection, visualization, and management platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing functional and technical software requirements and use cases in complex integration projects. Experience in SCADA or industrial applications, GIS applications, and/or applications involving physical devices Key project requirements and skills required: Must have: 1.) Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable in interacting with all types of users including front-line 2.) Software application requirements & use case development 3.) Experience prioritizing user requirements and defects with integrated software systems Nice to Have: 1.) Ability to create and maintain a functional library of cross-referenced documents 2.) Experience with Jira and Service now (requirements and defect tracking systems) 3.)
