(Using REST and Soap API - changing from Axeway API gateway to Azure API gateway.) Migrating majority of on-prem infrastructure / systems to AWS cloud by end of year. Acquiring HTTP and SSL certifications for security connections with applications. Required Experience: 4+ years of IT Infrastructure experience Understanding of the Change Management process with experience representing infrastructure changes in CAB review meetings Experience with a document repository system such as ServiceNow, JIRA or Remedy Experience working on operating systems as a Technical Analyst (preferably Linux) and application servers (preferably WebSphere - IBM application server) Nice to have: Understanding of basic network connectivity IP/Addressing/DNS experience Firewalls/load balancers WebSphere experience Linux experience Healthcare experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 25% Performs complex system analyses on software programs, applications, and services. 20% Leads product and service evaluation and recommends new tools or platforms for user efficiency. 20% Leads the implementation of new technology for organizational efficiency. 15% Communicates directly with all stake holders including executive management. 10% Improves data collection capabilities through collaboration with organizational teams. 10% Manages product licenses and ensures compliance with IT industry regulations.
