Job Description:- Job Role:- IT Technical Lead Location :- Juno Beach, FL (Hybrid) Contract Must haves: - Experience leading technical projects (4-7+ years of experience) - Managing infrastructure (including hardware, software, etc) - Developing technical strategies - **hands on technical** - Angular & JavaScript - AWS - Agile / Scrum Preferred: - Full Stack - backend tech: Node and/or Lambdas - Kubernetes (for testing) - Jira - Postgres / PostgreSQL (their database) - AWS Certification(s) Description: Responsible for the development and integration of new or existing applications into the technical infrastructure and existing business processes. Provides technical or functional guidance to project or work teams as needed within a specific discipline. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Business Systems Analyst. Analyses, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains and/or enhances existing or new systems that are reliable and efficient. Skills: Providing technical guidance: IT technical leads provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them to solve complex technical problems, resolve impediments and ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. Work as independent contributor to develop software products. Leading technical projects: IT technical leads are responsible for leading technical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Managing infrastructure: IT technical leads are responsible for managing infrastructure including hardware, software, and other tools needed for the project. Collaborating with other departments: IT technical leads work closely with other departments to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and goals. Developing technical strategies: IT technical leads develop technical strategies and roadmaps, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new technologies and approaches to achieve business objectives. Ensuring technical compliance: IT technical leads ensure that all technical solutions comply with relevant standards, regulations, and policies. Managing stakeholders: IT technical leads manage stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
