If you are interested, then Kindly share your resume at Office :732-452-1006 : ext 574 Email: [email protected] Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect Location: Plano- TX Hybrid responsibilities include: Building and integrating robust information systems to meet the requirements Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it Resolving technical problems as they arise Interfacing with customers, account teams and technical practitioners Responsibilities: Solution Architect responsibilities include assessing business challenges, needs and translating these into outcomes, designed and constructed on the ServiceNow platform Work with the organizations leaders to identify problems and then work with team to address those problems with innovative solutions Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives. Engage with the customers Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customers core applications. Establish and manage technical governance Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow best practices Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the clients needs Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform in CSM and FSM Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation tools Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
