Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the Payment Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical projects related to payment processing, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a deep understanding of payment systems, industry regulations, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation, while considering the specific requirements of the Payment Industry.

Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge of payment systems, card processing, transaction security, and industry standards to guide project teams effectively.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within payment-related projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that payment solutions meet industry standards and client expectations.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with payment industry regulations, compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS), and security best practices to ensure projects adhere to industry standards.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including technical teams and external vendors, to optimize project outcomes.

Project Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, performance metrics, and key insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience (10+ years) as a Technical Project Manager, specifically within the Payment Industry.

In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, financial technologies, and industry trends.

Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with payment industry regulations (e.g., PCI DSS) and security standards.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus.
