Travel to Mexico needed. (can be otherwise remote closer to TX Marketing cloud/ Client Insights module experience essential. We are looking for a hands-on and Technical Architect with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI) along Marketing module. An expert on CRM Marketing related process to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 platform. The candidate should have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed. Qualifications: Drive Dynamics CRM 365 CI processes through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, migrate to target system. Should have Development experience in integrate MSD 365 with other Legacy systems and specially in Customer Insight module. Should be able to work with Client Architects and design the solutions and prepare blueprints of Solution and able to implement by team. Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements. Should be able coordinate and guide team(s) and get the work done. Present tailored demonstrations of the Marketing module processes and solutions. Responsible for high quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA teams. Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status report. Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring high quality, reliable. Mentor the junior developers and help build the knowledge base.
