Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors/1 to 5 years of full-time education/Diploma

Techno-functional working experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, Power platform

Previous experience (atleast 1 project / 6 months) in similar role of Operations Lead/Sr. Support Analyst

Atleast 1 project / 3 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE

Experience working in Service-Now

Overall 5-7 years of experience.

Must Have's / Responsibilities:

Will be overall responsible for D365 CRM engagement and services : Production support

Resolution coordination in case of Major incident and post incident review

Ensure tickets lifecycle is followed ensure they are resolved satisfactorily as quickly as possible

Ensure Incident, service requests are acknowledged, assigned and resolved within the defined resolution time

Bug fixing, configurations and coding

Manage team and communications

Reporting to client as per requirements

Ensure process improvements for Incident, Service requests and Problem management including Root cause analysis

User and license management.
