Hybrid Onsite from Day1 Job Summary: The Project Manager at client is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives while upholding clients high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Hospitality Management, Project Management). Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Hotel, hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of clients hotel brands and operations is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure alignment of projects with clients strategic goals. Project Execution: Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as necessary. Manage project risks and issues effectively. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel and budget.
