Required: Associates degree in computer sciences or similar discipline, 3-5 years of systems administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a solid understanding of networking and network services (i.e., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs). Exceptional troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365 administration. Experience managing VMWare or similar virtualization products. Experience managing desktop, server and network software/hardware (i.e., configuring OS, installing drivers, port configuration, etc.). Experience automating tasks using scripting/tools (i.e., PowerShell, Power Automate, or python, etc.) Preferred: Experience with application/patch deployment, backup and disaster recovery solutions. Experience with endpoint security and desktop imaging solutions. Experience with SQL server administration. Understanding of ERP systems and infrastructure.
