Ensure compliance with billing policies and tax regulations. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer master data and pricing agreements. Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and billing accuracy.
