Participating in full lifecycle implementations, go-live activities, and ongoing production support efforts. Applying core Basis technical skills, including installation, upgrades, patching, and system copy. Managing patch updates, corrections, transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, and batch scheduling. Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of SAP Landscape components, including S/4 HANA, HANA Database, SAP Fiori, Web dispatcher, GRC, Solution Manager, middleware, and Sybase Database. Implementing housekeeping practices for SAP systems and leveraging knowledge of Solman integration with SAP. Performing daily monitoring, transport deployments, batch job monitoring, and addressing performance bottlenecks. Collaborating with technical offshore teams while demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues by working closely with other IT team members. Managing and supporting backup solutions to ensure the protection and retention of critical systems and data. Assisting senior team members in solution planning, implementation, maintenance, and enhancements. Conducting routine operating system and hardware preventative maintenance following established best practices. Developing, maintaining, and organizing documentation related to systems, procedures, and processes critical to daily operations and systems design. Providing administration and support for other core infrastructure systems and software, including monitoring, management, and building access systems. SAP Security: The candidate must possess a good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Security, roles & authorization, Fiori security roles, and knowledge of SAP GRC and HANA Database security best practices. General Competencies: The successful candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Unix servers, Office 365 products, email systems, networking, and networking protocols across multiple sites. Managing and maintaining Active Directory / Azure AD, including user accounts, file system permissions, and licensing. Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance and technical issues. Delivering exceptional customer service to individuals, technical teams, and departments across the organization. Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to create and maintain technical documentation. Maintaining a functional understanding of computer systems, networking protocols, operating systems, cybersecurity practices, and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Basis/ HANA/ Cloud platforms. SAP certification(s) is a plus. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
