Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: JOB TITLE: PeopleSoft Analyst IV Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD MOI: Webcam MUST HAVE : 15+ years of exp candidate needed ,No WI residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. Choice of 100% remote or hybrid, Could be required to work some weekends and nights if necessary Required skills: : 10 years experience with PeopleSoft Development and experience with PT 8.5x+ environment. Around 10 years experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2. Around 15 years of advanced level experience with Oracle and SQL Knowledge (debugging and performance tuning). PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 Functional Experience, specifically TAM, benefits, absence, and payroll. Minimum one year experience with a Public Sector / Not-For-Profit entity. Solid understanding of underlying data structures and database tables supporting TAM, Absence, Benefits, and North American Payroll modules. Ability to demonstrate strong skills in writing SQL statements and creating and managing queries in PeopleSoft Query Manager. Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple PeopleSoft Human Capital Management implementations along with support experience for complex PeopleSoft programs, reports, pages, and components utilizing the entire PeopleSoft suite of products. Experience must include (but not limited to) SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, COBOL, PeopleTools, Fluid, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, Fluid User Interface, Workcenters and Homepages. Experience with PeopleSoft Integration tools and integrating PeopleSoft applications with third party applications using web services. Experience with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, PeopleSoft Updates and PeopleTools Upgrades. Nice To Have Skills: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 production support experience.
