Core Skills:
ERP, MS 365, Visio, SoftChalk, Camtasia, Jira, Scrum, SharePoint,

Mandatory Skills: 

8 years of experience developing training curricula for ERP systems

8 years of experience Conducting training sessions in person and remotely

8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)

8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system

Desirable Skills: 

2 years of experience using SoftChalk to develop training

2 years of experience using Camtasia to edit recordings

2 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials

2 years of experience with SharePoint

1 year of experience with Jira

1 year of experience working with Scrum Framework
