This individual will be working on the scheduling project. They are expected to be an expert in the optimization planning space. They will be building a scheduling project and their duties include being able to assign the right people to the right shift. In order to do this, they must understand the constraints of the criteria. Their entire planning engine is run through TimeFold, but they are also open to other optimization engines. Once an assignment comes in, this individual will need to go through the optimization planning phase to figure out the best person to assign. After they've done this they will work with the product owners to better understand the criteria. Once that has been determined they will build a model in TimeFold and from there they will test the model, then send it off the engineering team to implement. So this individual needs to come from a strong operation research background. The candidate will work closely with Product owners, Development teams, Architecture Teams, and Infra Team to gather and analyze non-functional requirements of complex schedule Optimization, planning and automation needs. This role will be responsible for converting business requirements into technical specs, modeling and solving Optimization/planning problems, work with engineering team for implementation.
