Proven experience as a TIBCO Administrator with a focus on Linux systems. Strong understanding of TIBCO middleware products (e.g., TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS). Experience with Rabbit MQ preferred. Experience with Axway preferred. Proficiency in Linux administration, including command-line operations. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation. Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively. TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
