| From: Shane, Simpalm [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Description Job Description: We are seeking a Data Migration Consultant-TSQL with expertise in data migration, TSQL (Transact-SQL), and some exposure to Snowflake to join our client in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will ensure seamless data transfer between systems, optimize database queries and support data-related projects. You will be responsible for leveraging your skills to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, analyze data quality, and contribute to the overall data strategy. This is not a remote opportunity. Day 1 Onsite Dallas, Texas Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data migration requirements and objectives. Design and implement data migration strategies to move data from source to target systems while ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. Perform data profiling and validation to identify and rectify data inconsistencies during migration. Monitor and troubleshoot data migration processes to ensure successful completion. Write complex TSQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into databases. Leverage your familiarity with Snowflake Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Qualifications/ Must have : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Over 8 years of proven experience in data migration projects, including ETL processes. Strong expertise in TSQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
