Lead hardware data clean up, ensures accurate and timely reporting, and that data completeness and quality issues are quickly identified and escalated to the responsible data or process owners Leads the development and reporting of ITAM KPIs helping highlight continuous improvement Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product improvements requirements and use cases. Skills: ServiceNow Business Analysis. ServiceNow ITAM - hardware asset mgmt. ServiceNow IT Operations Management. ServiceNow ITOM Discovery. ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Work Requirements Years of Experience - 5 + years of related experience. Experience utilizing ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Discovery, and Contracts modules.
