The role is 100% remote currently, but need candidates within 100 miles of Lombard, IL or Richardson, TX or Southfield, MI (as the remote policy may change). Required skills: provide # of years and list anything lacking in the submittal to us 5+ years of programming/ systems analysis experience building custom applications using modern / latest IBMi RPG ILE Free format programming techniques experience. Platform: IBM i / iSeries / AS400 RPGILE / - FREE FORMAT - BINDING DIRECTORIES, service programs, SQL Experience with claims applications (any sort of claims) preferred. Job description: 1. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. 2. Align solutions with business and IT strategies that comply with architectural standards. 3. Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software that is delivered on time and within budget. 4. Analyze and recommend new coding solutions or reuse of existing code.
