DROOLS is an open-source technology by JBoss used in rules-based implementation. This developer should have current hands-on experience with Core Java, Generics, Collections, Concurrency, Design Patterns; experience with testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG/Fitnesse) and concepts (Test Driven Development, Regression and Parametric testing); knowledge of various configuration /source code management tools (SVN, Maven, Git); and developing software in Agile environment. Own technical delivery of the Drools Engine based Program. On-site and offshore coordination of the development Understand, analyze and evaluate client suggested solution framework and suggest any improvements. Help development and QA teams offshore and on-site to deliver the solution. Provide technical guidance to the teams. Schedule and run technical support meetings within and with the offshore and/or on-site customer teams. Represent technical team in client meetings. Participate in internal as well as client meetings. Be compliant with all the Client training. Maintain timely communication with the team.
