At least 3 + years or more of work experience intechnology orsupply-chain. At least 2+ years ofexperience working withO9 product or related supply-demand planning & management platform. At least 4+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders in Retail / Manufacturing / CPG / Finance in support of a departmental and/or multi-departmental transformation initiative., as an Technical Lead or technical architect (hand-on) in agile environment. Experience working with an S&OP or Supply Planning application is a plus Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, o9s solutions, technical architecture and value proposition Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of o9s solutions to customers across industries and geographies Understanding of our customers requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it Work closely with architects to develop the clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP. Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
