Title: Facets Test Analyst

Contract Duration: 11 months Contract-to-Hire

Location: 100% remote, must be willing to work EST hours

Visa Restrictions: None, s must be held by your firm

Top 3 Must Have Skills:

3-5 years of healthcare claims processing/benefit configuration experience

3+ year of experience with claims processing/benefit configuration testing specifically with TriZetto Facets (note, experience with NASCOs NPS is also HIGHLY desired).

Hands-on experience developing high level test plan/strategy and leading test planning session/calls with stakeholders.

Position Description:

The Facets Testing Analyst will support day-to-day Facets claims processing and benefit configuration

testing. The testing will be predominantly manual User Acceptance Testing. They will also assist with

high-level test plan/strategy development and will lead test planning sessions/calls with stakeholders.

What Youll Get to Do:

Have the responsibility to ensure that the business's need for changes to processes, policies

and/or information systems are identified, understood, defined, documented, and acted upon

by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, specifying, and verifying the needs of business

or user.

Be accountable for validating business requirements for moderate complexity software,

systems, processes and/or services and translate them into testing specifications ensuring the

business objectives are met.

Act as the functional expert, serving as a strategic conduit between the business area and the

technical or software development team through which requirements flow.

Be responsible for the overall success of user acceptance testing, including documentation,

verification, and release.

Implement practices and procedures for end user test plans. Identifies and documents gaps in

requirement adherence or system deficiencies/defects and coordinates appropriate action

through issue resolution.

Lead in creating formal communication to be delivered to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to monitor, report, and resolve issues.

Participate in the development of solutions and workarounds that solve moderate to high

complexity technical, system and/or business issues.

Identify, document, and troubleshoot problems utilizing acquired experience and knowledge of

the relationships in systems, software, and processes.

Coach and assist junior business analysts.

Provide guidance and training to application end users.

Interpret business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, creating, analyzing, documenting,

and validating the Business areas user and/or technical (functional/non-functional)

requirements.

Collaborate in the creation of project plans to define, organize, and schedule requirements

management and development activities.

Facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions.

Participate in the tracking and management of open issues and assists in planning for resolution.

Participate in development sessions and design reviews in order to ensure design meets user

requirements.

Produce test plans and test cases to determine presence, and scope of potential code defects.

Create and monitor accurate and thorough test cases, scripts, and data with pre-determined

results within specified scheduled dates.

Youll Bring these Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5 years of progressive experience working with the TriZetto Facets platform as a Business

Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Tester (an additional 4 years of TriZetto Facets experience may be

substituted in lieu of Bachelors degree).

Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant

contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.

Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies.

Demonstrated experience in Facets claims processing/testing functions.

Demonstrated experience in JIRA testing, defect management tool.

Understanding of AGILE methodologies.

Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems, with attention to detail.

High level of experience and understanding of Facets business products and services.

Advanced Microsoft Office applications usage (EXCEL).

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Advanced ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
