We're looking for someone who has: * Provided Support to the Manufacturing lines, for printers, terminals, phones, and scanners. * Provided Support to all our showrooms, distributors, and affiliates. * Provided Support to company cell phones, wireless phones, desk phones, soft phones, and Automation Arts Conf. Rooms. * Supported imaging using Microsoft Deployment for Microsoft Surfaces, HP laptops and Dell Laptops. * Used Call manager and Kurmi software. * Provided support to AS400 Software, UPS World Ship, Touchpoint Software, Rockwell Software, Bystronic laser Software, Infor XA Software and Sales Logic Software. Desired Skills and Experience Infor XA or MAPIC experience along with AS/400 SAP experience would be a plus.
